REINVENTING OUR METHODS
Parfums Givenchy’s expertise relies on two manufacturing sites located in France. Over the years, these historic workshops have implemented concrete actions to reduce their water consumption, ensure virtuous waste treatment and minimise their impact on climate change. At present, these two sites consume 100% renewable electricity and received the ISO 14001 certification in 2015.
Wishing to go even further in tackling climate change, in 2019 the House adopted CO2 emission reduction targets. Parfums Givenchy has committed to increasing by 25 points the shipping of products via maritime transport instead of air transport by 2025. In line with the LIFE 360 environmental strategy of the LVMH Group, the House aims to achieve a 50% reduction in its greenhouse gas emissions related to its factories and offices by 2026 and to consume 100% renewable energy.
