Reduce the amount of virgin fossil-based plastic used by 30% and promote recycled materials (vs. 2017).

Promote more sustainable consumption patterns by encouraging sorting and creating refillable packaging for skincare, perfume and make-up.

Implement transparent communication on the brand's commitments to all internal and external stakeholders.

Source 100% of paper from sustainably managed forests or controlled sources that are FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified.

Reduce CO2 emissions from production facilities, offices and stores by 24% by 2030 in absolute terms (vs. 2021).

Limit air travel to factories and markets and increase the use of sea transport by 20 points (vs. 2017).
