THE GIVENCHY MENTORING PROGRAM

In 2020, Givenchy Parfums set up a mentoring program that offers its employees the opportunity to become mentors for people who are struggling to find employment.

Since 2020, the Maison has been a partner of LIVE, L'Institut des Vocations pour l'Emploi, which has been supporting unemployed people for over 2 years. This program, financed by the LVMH Group, welcomes about 50 people each semester. Participants benefit from mentors from the Givenchy Parfums teams. So far, 150 mentors have participated in this program. They provide support and guidance to LIVE beneficiaries through reflection, exchanges and experience-sharing. Their role complements the training offered by the LIVE program.

Building on this success, Givenchy Parfums has developed a new partnership with Nos Quartiers ont du Talent in France in 2021, and new programs will be launched in Givenchy subsidiaries starting in 2023.
