Place an order

You can choose between different delivery methods depending on the country you are ordering from. Return / Refund an order

Make sure that the products you wish to return have not been opened, as they would not be eligible for a refund.

    1. Place the unopened product(s) in a return box.
    2. After securing your package for shipping, attach the prepaid label included in the original shipping.
    3. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your package by mail.

    UPDATE YOUR ACCOUNT

    2. In the "Password" section, enter your current password as well as your new password. The new password must contain at least eight characters, one number, and one capital letter.
    3. Click "Save" to set your new password.
